Yes. We permit cats and dogs under twenty-five kilograms across all suite types. Larger breeds are considered on a case-by-case basis. A small pet bond applies, refundable at lease end after an inspection. Our courtyards include a dedicated off-lead area.
We offer freehold purchase and twelve-month leases. Short-stay or holiday letting is not permitted under our body corporate rules — this protects the quiet, residential character that our community values.
